It was an incredibly beautiful and nice hotel in Valladolid. Everyone was nice and lovely. We got a double room at nice prices. The bathroom was nice. Favourable location of the property in a rather quite area.

The staff was NICE and kind, showed us an amazing pool onsite. Really enjoyed cable channels, a mini fridge bar, and a microwave oven in the room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and there was wireless Internet.

Even though everything was great, some of the staff were very indifferent.

All of the staff was accommodating and amazing. The vibe here was quiet.

The hotel offers quiet and marvellous location smack in the city centre. The rooms are clean and generally offer coffee and a kitchenette.

There were some small maintenance issues, like off-color dry wall patches and rusted faucets.

I always choose this hotel because it has everything I need: Wi-Fi, free parking, and a 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me with a wake-up call once. With its fitness center, plunge pool, and outdoor dining area, this place suits me perfectly. Can't wait to come back for New Year's!

The staff were accommodating when we arrived early due to a storm, and the room was incredibly spacious. The pool area was lovely, and we appreciated being able to easily park our car just outside the hotel. Additionally, the value for money was excellent.
